Booking & Rescheduling Policy
To maintain an efficient and respectful schedule for all seekers worldwide, we adhere to the following booking, cancellation, and rescheduling guidelines.
1. Booking & Pre-payment
All Tarot readings, NLP therapy sessions, and spiritual coaching slots must be booked via our request form. Bookings are only finalized once 100% pre-payment is received. Unpaid slots are automatically released to other clients on the waitlist.
2. 24-Hour Rescheduling Window
If you need to reschedule your finalized appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session time are subject to a nominal rescheduling fee or slot expiration, at our discretion.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session time are eligible for a 100% refund (minus payment gateway processing fees). Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or for "no-show" appointments.
4. Late Arrivals
Sessions begin exactly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the duration of your session will be shortened accordingly, and the full session price remains applicable. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session is marked as a "no-show" and is non-refundable.
